A well managed / maintained computer network should have very little problems/ If you are logging tickets on a daily basis with repetitive issues then their are underlined issues that need looking at / rectifying very fast.A properly setup and configured computer network should run without issue s and with specific user training (Password resets, Social Engineering etc), your business and staff should thrive.
Unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be the case and recurring issues seem to be a daily case for most businesses causing a work slow down and ultimately costing your Business Money.

In my experience 90% of issues can be fixed remotely, but on the occasion it can’t be then a site visit is needed. What does this cost?
Everything costs something in moderation. I have 3 pricing structures, Ad-hoc, Block Hour and Contract Support
Ad-Hoc – Call me when you need me no contract terms set.
£100 per hour
Block Hour – Pre pay for a set of support hours to be used within 12 months of purchase.
5 Hours – £400
10 Hours – £780
15 Hours – £1140
20 Hours – £1480
Contract Support – As much support as you can handle on a monthly basis
Workstations – £50 per workstation per month
Servers – £200 per Server Per Month
All other equipment included.
